Janaina Pappas - @janainapappas As Founder of The Sacred Beauty Co., she weaves her lived experience as a partner, mother, and woman into everything she offers—bringing practicality, authenticity, and heart to her role as a Life & Purpose Coach to over 500 students, Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator, and Women’s Circle Space Holder. Janaina embodies the balance between grounded corporate work, the beautiful chaos of motherhood, and a deep commitment to spirituality and everyday presence. Originally from Brazil with roots in Bolivia, her work is anchored not just in vision, but in real-life integration—guiding women to reconnect with themselves and trust their decisions with clarity as they shape their path forward.
Sharon Rose Ducati - @borderlessbysharon
Sharon is a community engagement and communications leader who bridges science, storytelling, and human connection—infused with a love for travel and mentoring. With a background in building brands, producing events, and cultivating authentic relationships, she brings both strategy and soul to everything she creates.
A yoga teacher of over a decade, she has guided spaces ranging from large-scale festivals to intimate, heart-centered circles. Integrating astrology into her coaching and women’s circles, Sharon supports others in reconnecting with themselves, realigning with their truth, and moving forward with clarity and intention.
Yvonne Alvarez - @autototal1 Yvonne Alvarez is the sacred space holder and homeowner for the retreat, creating a nurturing environment where women can feel safe, seen, and supported. A dedicated auto insurance business owner, she has navigated and overcome her own personal battles with resilience and grace. Rooted in a servant’s heart, Yvonne’s commitment to self-care and healing has transformed her life. Now, she steps into a greater purpose—giving back and guiding other women through their journeys with the same compassion and strength that shaped her own.

TRAVEL PLANS
*Flights are not included
You will need to have a REAL ID (US Citizens) to get to San Diego Airport (SAN) and valid passport for our driver to take you through the Mexican border to San Antonio Del Mar. This is an under 1 hour drive from SAN to the private residence in Mexico.
Transportation from the airport to our property is included.
Landing in San Diego: We recommend you arrive in SAN on the morning of the 30th no later than 11am. The home will not open until 3pm and we will have opening ceremony by 4pm.
Departing Mexico: On the 2nd, we will depart the retreat property no later than 9 AM. Transportation to the SAN airport from our property is included. You should anticipate departing from SAN airport after 12pm. For your return flight, please consider booking one that departs in the afternoon. This will provide a comfortable buffer for airport check-in and security procedures.
Optional Early Arrival suggestion for on your own: For those who prefer to arrive without morning rush, you could choose to fly in a night earlier. We will make sure you are connected via chat to coordinate. You can choose to stay overnight in San Diego and join the group at the airport or to carpool the following day for the retreat. This could be a great opportunity to rest and perhaps even explore San Diego a bit! Same goes for the way back.
If you choose to rent your own car or want to carpool- that is an option too and we will have a group chat to connect.
