MEET YOUR HOSTS
Janaina Pappas - @janainapappas Founder, The Sacred Beauty Co. is a Certified Life & Purpose Coach (ICF), Yoga Instructor, Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator, and Women's Circle Space Holder. Originally from Brazil with roots in Bolivia, Janaina is very passionate about empowering women globally through holistic wellness. She guides them to reconnect with their inner light and embrace their true potential with a high focus on integration. Her workshops and retreats offer a sacred space for healing, transformation, and deep self-awareness, fostering community and a renewed sense of balance and purpose.
Kehau Leitz - @kehau-leitz Kehau is a bold, creative soul. A classically trained percussionist and passion for play, world schooling mom of 4 and joyful explorer at heart. After years of teaching music to students of all ages, she packed up her family and set off on a 500 day journey through Europe and the Balkans, turning ancient ruins, mountain trails, and seaside villages into their classroom. As a facilitator, Kehau creates soulful, joy-filled spaces for women to reconnect - with themselves, each other, and the wild beauty of life.

Surrounded by towering pines and expansive skies, it’s a place where silence speaks and clarity returns. Here, mothers are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect to their inner wisdom—held by nature, community, and intention.

TRAVEL PLANS
*Flights are not included
You will need to have a REAL ID (US Citizens) or valid passport fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Flagstaff is a 2-3 hour drive from PHX airport.
Transportation from the airport to our property is NOT included. Ubers are around $150. **If you are interested in carpooling or uber sharing we will have a group chat for you to connect.
Landing in Phoenix: We recommend you arrive in Phoenix on the morning of the 11th no later than 8am. The home will not open until 1pm and we will have opening ceremony by 2pm.
Departing Phoenix: On the 13th, we will depart the retreat property no later than 9 AM. Transportation to the PHX airport from our property is NOT included. You should anticipate departing from PHX airport after 2pm. For your return flight, please consider booking one that departs in the afternoon. This will provide a comfortable buffer for airport check-in and security procedures.
Optional Early Arrival suggestion for on your own: For those who prefer to arrive without morning rush, you could choose to fly in a night earlier. We will make sure you are connected via chat to coordinate. You can choose to stay overnight in Phoenix and join the group at the airport or to carpool the following day for the retreat. This could be a great opportunity to rest and perhaps even explore Phoenix a bit! Same goes for the way back.
If you choose to rent your own car or want to carpool- that is an option too and we will have a group chat to connect.
